Sheek Kebabs

Prepared with minced meat with spices and cooked on skewers. It is cooked in a Tandoor(or as with many of our dishes in a pan with a lid), and is often served with chutneys or mint sauce.

Ingredients

300g of chicken mince
1 tablespoon of garlic ginger paste
Chilli and salt to taste
Teaspoon of dried fenugreek leaf

Method

Mix together and leave for 30mins
Form kebab shapes around skewers and then cook on a pan or under a grill
